Rubber Associates supplies high-quality custom molded rubber components from a 75,000 square foot facility in Barberton, Ohio, to a wide variety of industries. Some of those industries include, Automotive. Aerospace, Appliance, Industrial, Irrigation, Marine, Medical, Mining, Plumbing and Electronics.
Automotive undercarriage parts include center bearing cushions for drive shafts, CV boots and shock absorber mounts. Brake assemblies also incorporate rubber caliper bushings and protective caps as well as seals. Other automotive related applications include bumpers, bushings, grommets, window seals and vibrations mounts for AC/DC motors. Off- road vehicles also utilize rubber for lever grips, dust covers, brake pedals, shifter boots and stem valve grommets for heavy duty tire assemblies. Appliance makers use Rubber Associates for strain relief, bumpers and protective rubber feet as well as motor mounts and seals of all types. Industrial applications range from structural components & pipe gaskets to rubber masks for safety equipment. Fuel stations require rubber boots and grommets for pump and underground containment systems. Irrigation applications incorporate rubber flipper valves as well. Food processing equipment generally requires FDA materials. These applications are easily formulated to conform to such requirements. Plumbing related companies utilize Rubber Associates' NSF certified EPDM's to Standard 61 for parts like diaphragms, valves and check washers and O-rings.
